Being a teenager can be complicated. You have a heart full of dreams, but the future taunts you. You want to find someone who can relate.
I write for teens like you. Ambitious teens. Dreamers. Creatives. Teens who long for an escape from their problems, or at least hope to find someone who gets them.
You'll be reminded that, no matter what you're going through, there is hope. It can all be turned around for good. Because the best is yet to come.
In fact, you can meet other teen readers like yourself when you join my street team. You can be encouraged to make the most of your youth at PursueMagazine.net, a magazine I founded that's written by mostly teens and young adults. You can also stay updated on when my next book releases by following me on my blog, social media (listed below), and signing up for my newsletter.
Tessa enjoys speaking to groups about her journey to publication as a teenager, and she inspires teens to discover their potential and develop their gifts as well. She is also available to teach creative writing workshops and/or publishing workshops at schools and writing conferences.

“It is very rare to find someone as inspiring as Tessa is in terms of writing and faith. I absolutely loved having her speak at USCA’s Baptist Collegiate Ministry. Her testimony on how God can use your dreams and gifts for His glory is something that I believe that everyone, especially students, need to hear. Her journey with God and writing has spurred me on to not only chase after my dreams, but to tackle them to the ground."
